  • Intermediate with minimum one years’ experience in administrative support position, with in an office environment
  • Through knowledge of office management
  • Problem-solving skills

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language

Key Responsibility:

  • Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets, brochures)
  • Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments
  • Review Front Office log book and parents feedback forms on daily basis
  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages
  • Answering  parents, students inquires in person via phone and through emails
  • Offers refreshments (coffee, watered) to visitor, where applicable
  • Greets all residents, associates and visitors with a warm smile and pleasant tone of voice
